Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish a written rejection letter from your chosen university /college within 7 calendar days from the date of results published and before 31 August of the year. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request to cancel booking with evidence that your Visa and University application has been refused. This should reach within 7 days of the letter date. 3. 7 days cooling off period provided you have not collected the keys to the accommodation. 4. If a student has contracted Coronavirus then AXO will release them from their contract.
