Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal within 7 calendar days. 2. 14 days “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. 3. If your study programme is no longer taking place, due to COVID-19, you can cancel your booking and a full refund will be offered. This is subject to evidence in writing within 3 days of you being informed by your School / University. 4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you and pay any associated administrative and clerical fees to carry out the transfer.
