What if I don’t like my accommodation after moving in?
We try our best to find accommodation that meets all your needs. If you still don’t like your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to replace your room within 30 days for a one-time fee of £250.
Where do I report any issues with my accommodation?

Do I have to vacate my room during holidays?
Never. Your room belongs to you for the entirety of your tenancy period!
