A non-refundable screening fee of up to $55 is required at the time of booking.
Also, a holding fee of up to $300 is required at the time of booking which will be credited back to your 2nd month of rent.
No security deposit is required upon signing your lease.
A move-in fee of up to $450 also needs to be paid.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
