Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 2 or 4 instalments with UK based or international guarantor. If guarantor is not provided, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.

Notify your intention to cancel prior to 1 August or 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date if it is in any month other than September but more than 7 days after the payment of your Booking Fee. 4. Notify your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee.
