Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. Cancellation can be done no less than 14 days prior to the start of the tenancy. 4. You can cancel the booking if you cannot occupy the room due to medical grounds.
