Daisybank Villas is a perfect student accommodation Manchester located in the Victoria park area, right in the heart of the City! Both university buildings are just a short walk away. Daisybank Villas are ideally located close to some of Manchester’s best student nights out. Manchester is a great city filled with nightlife, entertainment and tourist attractions. The northern quarter is a fantastic quirky area to explore for shopping and has lots of live music bars.

Each room comes complete with up to 100Mbps Wi-Fi, a large bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair. If you choose to have an en-suite room your bedroom will also come with an en-suite shower. The shared area of your flat is where our students unwind and relax after a long day of lectures on comfy leather sofas, whilst watching their favorite soaps on the TV.

2. Rent can either be paid in 3, 4 or 10 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.

3. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

4. A security deposit of £250 must be paid in advance for Sep 2024/25 bookings.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. You can cancel your booking up to 14 days after the date we confirm your booking is complete (the Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period).
