Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS or a copy of the proof of acceptance to a new university by UCAS adjustment should be submitted within five calendar days. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period after signing your AST. 4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, who in turn will need to complete the AST and pay their deposit via StuRents.
