Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay. A copy of the letter from your university must be submitted to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay. A copy of the visa rejection notification must be submitted to cancel the booking. 3. 7-days Cooling-Off Period during which you can cancel your booking and receive the full refund (less bank charges). 4. You cannot cancel your booking after more than 7 days have elapsed from your deposit payment or after you have checked in/or after the contract start date.
