Rent can be paid via debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfers.
Rent can be paid in instalments based on the length of the booking, with the first instalment being paid within 48 hours of booking.
Also, a one-time service and a departure cleaning fee equivalent to £100 are required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal within 7 calendar days. 2. 14 days “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. 3. If your study programme is no longer taking place, due to COVID-19, you can cancel your booking and a full refund will be offered. This is subject to evidence in writing within 3 days of you being informed by your School / University. 4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you and pay any associated administrative and clerical fees to carry out the transfer.
