Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via debit/credit cards and bank transfers only.
  3. Rent can be paid in installments based on the length of the booking, with a maximum of four installments available.
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit equivalent to £250 with an international guarantor.
  5. Also, a one-time service and bedding fee equivalent to £189 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within 15 days of the date of issue. 2. 4 weeks “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
