Payment Info

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. Rent can be paid in 4 instalments or upfront with an international or a UK-based guarantor.

4. An advance rent of £150 and a refundable security deposit of £100 are required to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with a copy of the rejection letter. 3. If the booking is made until the end of 31st July, you can cancel the booking within 72 hours of signing your Tenancy Agreement.
