The standard studio rooms available with us have anti-bacterial filtered air conditioning, so that students can feel safe during their stay. The room has a three quarter size bed, study desk and chair. There is access to the fully-equipped modular kitchenette and attached washroom with large shower cubicle. The room has a 3/4 bed and dining area as well alongside ample storage space and wardrobe. The bedroom is lockable thereby ensuring maximum security.

Payment Info

1. A security deposit of £150 must be paid in advance to secure a room.

2. The rent must be paid in full or in 4 instalments (September, January and April) with a valid UK Guarantor.

3. The rent can be paid via Direct Debit or via Bank Transfer. Cash will not be accepted

4. The listed prices are per person, per week.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS or a copy of the proof of acceptance to a new university by UCAS adjustment should be submitted within five calendar days. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with the evidence of the refusal within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period after signing your AST. 4. Any requests outside the above period will require you to find a student to replace you, who in turn will need to complete the AST and pay their deposit via StuRents.
