Payment Info

  1. The rent can be paid in two ways: either in full or in four instalments, but a UK guarantor is required for the latter option.
  2. To secure a booking, a holding deposit of £150 must be paid at the time of application, and an additional £500 must be paid within 48 hours.
  3. The rent can be paid using either debit/credit cards ora bank transfer.
  4. The prices listed are the cost per person, per week.

Cancellation Policy

1. This is applicable to 1st-year students only. Please do not book an accommodation if you are unsure of your enrollment. 2. Please do not book an accommodation if you are unsure of your Visa or it has been declined. 3. 15 days “cooling-off” period which allows you to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. 4. Although you are contractually bound to the tenancy and you can only be released after finding a suitable replacement tenant who will take on the full rent liability.
