Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid either by credit or debit card or by international bank transfer, via our partner Western Union.
  3. Rent can be paid in 2, 4 or 10 instalments with a UK/international guarantor. If a UK/international guarantor is not provided, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.
  4. A non-refundable booking fee worth £25 is required at the time of booking which is treated as payment towards your first payment of rent and will be credited to your first rent instalment.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Visa No Pay. Proof should be submitted within 72 hours of receiving official confirmation. 2. No Place No Pay. Proof should be submitted within 72 hours of receiving official confirmation. 3. Notify your intention to cancel prior to 1 August or 28 days before your Tenancy Start Date if it is in any month other than September but more than 7 days after the payment of your Booking Fee. 4. Notify your intention to cancel within 7 days of payment of your Booking Fee.
