3. Rent can be paid either in 4 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.

4. A payment equivalent to one week's rent must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Proof of your rejection letter from the university or UCAS should be submitted with five working days. 2. No Visa No Pay. Submit your request to cancel with evidence within 5 days of your visa being refused. 3. 7 days Cooling-Off Period if you sign your agreement before 31st May 2021. 4. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you can cancel your September 2021 booking before 31st May without penalty.
