Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
  2. An advance rent of £100 is payable and £250 deposit is required with the first rental instalment.
  3. The rent needs to be paid annually and for those who wish to pay in three installments will require a UK guarantor.
  4. No application fee is charged during the booking process except the Advance amount.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay – applicable to 1st-year students only. Have to furnish written notification of your desire to cancel your booking, along with proof from your HEI that your application was unsuccessful. 2. No Visa No Pay - Please furnish written notification along with proof from your local authority / The UK Home Office that your visa application was unsuccessful. 3. 14 days cooling off period before commencement of the period of the License, the agreement can be cancelled. 4. Outside the Initial Cancellation Period, you will remain liable for the rental monies due under the Tenancy Agreement until a replacement tenant is found for your room.
