Payment Info

  1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
  2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
  3. Rent needs to be paid on a fortnightly basis. 
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying a booking deposit worth 4 weeks of the rent. This amount will be credited to the first rent payment cycle. 
  5. A bond equivalent to four weeks of the rent is also required at the time of booking.
  6. Car parking facilities can be availed at a cost of AUD $40 per week.
